Michael John Hare, 2nd Viscount Blakenham (born 25 January 1938), is a British peer and the son of John Hare, 1st Viscount Blakenham and Beryl Nancy Pearson〔("Michael John Hare, 2nd Viscount Blakenham" ) ThePeerage.com. He is the owner of the island of Little Colonsay in the Inner Hebrides.〔 p. 99〕 He is a lifelong environmentalist and was chairman of the Royal Botanical Gardens at Kew Gardens as well as chairman of the RSPB.
